We collect account information you provide when creating a LogiClaw workspace, including names, work email addresses, company details, and role information.
When you operate on the platform, we process shipment, booking, rate, and document data on behalf of your organization as a data processor.
How we use information
We use your information to provide and improve the platform, deliver notifications, provide support, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.
We never sell your data, and we do not use your operational shipment data to train models that serve other customers.
Data retention
We retain operational data for as long as your organization maintains an active workspace, and in accordance with the data processing agreement in place with your organization.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Requests can be directed to your workspace administrator or to privacy@logiclaw.com.
