Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using LogiClaw, you agree to be bound by these terms and any order form or master services agreement signed between your organization and LogiClaw.
Use of the service
You may use the platform only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity within your workspace.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, or reverse engineering the platform.
Availability and support
We aim for high availability and publish uptime commitments in the applicable service level agreement. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogiClaw is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Full terms are set out in your master services agreement.
